The AKU ultralight Micro GTX WS is an iconic Italian-made hiking boot known for its extraordinary blend of lightweight comfort, high breathability, and reliable waterproof protection. It has been a classic staple in the European trekking market for over 30 to 40 years.

Exceptional Breathability: Built with AKU’s patented AIR8000® fabric combined with a 1.6mm suede upper. Lab tests show it offers up to 11.5 times more breathability than standard fabrics, keeping your feet cool during long walks.
Full Waterproofing: Features a GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort lining. This membrane blocks outside water and rain from getting in, while allowing sweat and moisture vapour to easily escape.
Dependable Grip: Equipped with a custom-developed Vibram® Erica Everest outsole. This rubber compound gives excellent traction and stability on easy to medium-difficulty terrains, like mountain paths and forest trails.
Lightweight Build: Weighs approximately 440 grams per single boot (half pair). This reduces foot fatigue so you can walk further with less effort.
