The Hanwag Kaduro Low GTX goes that extra mile, both in terms of time and distance. HANWAG developed this low cut to make a lightweight, well-cushioned and hard-wearing hiking boot with superior energy return. Whatever the distance, it realistically meets hikers’ demands. Its innovative midsole technology – the HANWAG Bead Technology – combines the best properties of PU – stability, cushioning and durability – with eTPU’s light weight, comfort and energy return capability. Together with BASF HANWAG developed an innovative midsole technology – underpinned by extensive material tests – which is unique in the outdoor footwear sector. The sole absorbs the energy when feet contact the ground and returns it afterwards. The softer midsole is also more comfortable while walking. The sole is complemented by a new, custom-developed outsole that provides excellent grip on the most diverse of terrain. This lightweight sole features a tread designed to resist wear in high-impact areas. The lightweight GORE-TEX Invisible Fit Technology is seamlessly integrated into the shoe, making it windproof, waterproof, and breathable, while the reduced wrinkling enhances comfort and helps prevent pressure points and blisters. The shoe is crafted to a high standard using meticulous handwork. If it ever gets damaged, it can be repaired and the soles can be replaced.
